However, with massage, your muscles can experience enough blood flow which helps to remove toxic products from your body as well as restore your normal movements.

However, as much as massage is effective in treating chronic pain, it is best that you speak to your doctor first so that he or she can advise you on the way forward. Otherwise, you can never be sure if massage is the right treatment for your chronic pain.
